ICEE2020 in Takamatsu
All submitted papers (Abstract and Full Paper / Short Paper) will be reviewed by the ICEE 2020 Program Committee, which is formed by the hosting organization – The IEE of Japan. English is the official language and will be adopted in all the publications and presentations.
Types of Paper
Authors should select one of the following three types A and B of paper and C of presentation.

Presentation
The presentation of the paper will be done in oral or poster session. If the author wishes the paper will be presented in a poster session, the author should select “poster session” via ICEE2020 website.
Submission of Abstracts
All abstracts should be submitted on-line via the ICEE2020 website on or before 31 December 2019. The Abstract must be less than 300 words. Before submission, authors should get account from “SIGN UP” in the ICEE2020 website. The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding the acceptance / rejection of the proposed paper by 31 January 2020.
Submission of Full Papers / Short Papers / Industry Presentation
Full papers / short papers / industry presentation should be submitted on-line via the ICEE 2020 website on or before 1 April 2020. The length of the full paper / short paper shall be 6 / 2 pages or less. The copyright policy should be accepted for Full papers and short papers. The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding the acceptance / rejection of the proposed paper and the presentation format (‘Oral’ or ‘Poster’) by 28 April 2020. At least one author of the paper is required to register for the conference on or before 15 May 2020. Presentation and publication are subject to full payment of the registration fee. Authors are assumed to have given consent and authorized the Organizer to publish the abstract and full paper / short paper, and to include them in any conference publications (in printed or / and electronic form).
